Bashir Hussain to lead a Steeplechase Workshop

Athletes, aged 16 or over, looking to target a steeplechase this season are invited to attend a workshop on steeplechase preparation and technique at Santry Stadium on Wednesday 22nd May. Place are limited to 10 athletes. There will be a 10 euro contribution required from each athlete and places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Coaches are encouraged to accompany their athlete where possible.  Athletes (or their coaches if u18) should contact National Endurance Coordinator, Matt Lockett (endurance@athleticsireland.ie).
