Raheny and Leevale lead Irish challenge at Euro Clubs XC

Irish clubs to do battle with Europe's best

Raheny Shamrock men and Leevale women will lead the Irish representation at the European Clubs Cross Country Championships in Albufeira, Portugal on Sunday (February 3).

Raheny will be led by national cross country champion Kevin Dooney in a team that also includes national marathon champion Mick Clohisey.

Michelle Finn, who ran in the European Cross Country Championships in December, heads the Leevale women’s team.

 In the U20 races Waterford AC women and Clonliffe Harriers men will compete.
